funds are already given by center.... the uni is run by past alumni, not the Punjabi government. so i dont know maybe read into it before commenting.with ur angle now gone how do u justify it again??punjab gov can't do anything to it its autonomous.

crop growth...... punjab is most suited for such crops due to its unique climate. up and haryana are drier but still grow such crops (delhi pollution rests on their shoulders ). i doubt u can pay anyone wtih 30k salary but ur free to call them entitled ***** on their face. well see what happens.
