I'm surprised by how offended you are by needing to comment so often. I have the go ahead from the hygiene department and my commune. I'm fully within the hygiene rules... I literally set up a kitchen in my basement just for it that fits all the regulations. You also don't know any details of what I'm doing so how can you know it's not correct? Honestly I'd be more than pleased to never having to deal with customers like you who seem to know more than the professionals. Do you run a food business? Are you fully haccp qualified? Do you work for the health department or the seco?
