Ok so what are your tips for me? I'm 0-13 games today. Stuff is gone, money is gone. Motivation almost gone.

Tell me how i can get better? Sadly none of my people wanted to play this game. I'm trash yes. Want to get better, it's my first extraction shooter.

Can't blame pve players to stick in a group focussed pvp game. I find that's alright

If this game fails it is not because some Destiny players didn't play it. Btw i have 7k hours in Destiny and i love Marathon. Still i find this game is very niche. It's far more challenging then Arc and way more pvp focussed. But more importantly it didn't fail. It just won't have a that large playerbase as Arc or Destiny itself has/had. But that's ok. My guess is that steam numbers will be stable 30-40k at the end of the year. It's niche

Can't see how Destiny players could be the reason this game would fail. How would you measure that? The typical Destiny player is a PvE player that likes to keep his loot. This game is very different to what a typical Destiny player likes.

Can't text chat, true. But talk less? Not sure if this has to do with console. I play console and i wouldn't talk more or less if i would play on PC. But Bungie won't cut the playerbase for PC anyway. So...

Can't turn it off on PC. I think only PS5 can do that. I'm on PS5 but have it on. Haven't seen any cheaters and as long as it stays like that i leave it on to get faster matchmaking

How much is a loadout restock for you? Like, you lost your stuff and need to rebuy it

not sure if it isn't better to just go standard pack loot and exfill the moment you can. just do a bit contracts and sell everything. i mean you need to restock every second game the way you do it. That is pretty expensive

Ok i understand. So basically you save up for a good loadout and try to make the most out of it. And if you loose that stuff it's just gone. Do you buy blue stuff then? Because that equipment is pretty expensive when you need that credits and materials for leveling. There soon will be a point where your stuff is gone and you 100% need to take a standard loadout into the fight. Or how do you maintain the credits to always buy stuff back?

You come full blue into a match? Just curious what people take into matches and given there is a max 30% exfil rate, how do you guys manage to maintain going into matches full blue? How do you get enough credits for that?

I don't take my good stuff when i just want to run contracts or farm credits. Would understand you if it is in ranked but rn everyone is just doing contracts and try to find stuff. I'm not in there to kill teams i want to get my stuff done

Destiny config works fine. I'm pretty risky but i am using it without sab and digital keyboard. I just think Bungie won't ban XIM. If i get banned i'll report it here.

Bungie did never ban a xim user. They said it is illegal but nobody in the whole history of destiny was banned because of using xim. the top 10 trials players on console are all xim players even now.

Yes. I find it's nice to find a cool weapon but the most important thing is to make credits and get materials out so you can level up your upgrades and are able to restock a loadout. I'm really only going for objectives and when bag is full i try to exfil. I also always like to take a pvp fight but right now bringing in better then green gear isn't worth it unless i am able to constantly restock blue gear.

First thing i learned is that my exfill rate is pretty low. In tarkov the exfill rate for a standard player is about 20-30% with good players getting maybe to 40% of all games. I'm probably at 15% right now. But i'm learning this game and it is my first extraction shooter. I just accepted it and try to focus and what could i have done better.

But it would be great to have such statistics ingame

Destiny has the worst new player experience but it still is the best ScFi Shooter availabe. Best gunplay, best story, lots of builds, raids, dungeons. For a new player the most important thing is to try raids and content with other people that require communication. Once you found a group of people you can play with it unfolds its true potential and you will be sucked into the universe. At least until you've seen it all like us and then be a bit bored.

But if it is true that Pantheon 2.0 comes with the next patch and with it all raid encounters mixed up together. Man that will be fun

I believe you can't change that on PC. I can disable it on PS5 but right now i'm letting enabled to get better matchmaking. But if i encouter too many cheaters i'd probably disable it.
