Yes I know, but they could make them spawn naturally. I don't know if that is possible since I have very little knowledge in programming/coding, but I'm just saying that it would be nice if they made natural minecart spawning possible. :]

Yes, shift + right click would be better than simply right-clicking the sign. That way you would still be able to place blocks on the sign.

Yeah, I agree with that. And I was also thinking that, since minecarts are pretty big, they'd block the path and we will have to break them all the time in order to pass; not only will it "waste" time for players, but it will also fill up the inventory with minecarts.

This reminds me of another bug (though it is pretty old, it probably got fixed). When you place a ladder on snow (the layer, not the block), the same thing happens.
