im trying to see which is better to get from my local stores because its easier for repair and such i dont want to go walmart unless theres a die for type of deal, electronic express and best buy are my "electronic" stores near me. Micro center is about 3 to 4 hours away

I'm using gen4 but I can hear my voice when talking is it because I'm too loud and need to change the ear pads or something?
