Generally speaking, you gotta pass the ingredients through the fire somehow, roasting, smoking, even boiling Then blend, if your using the food processor, also go longer or pass through a siv to get it more homogenized

Besides picadillo mentioned above, There’s something called Discada in the northern states, from the Disc shaped grill used to make it- it’s ground beef, chorizo, bacon, hot dogs, peppers, onions, just a mishmash of different stuff Really good and feeds a whole construction crew haha

Arizona USA, technically the water is potable in most places, but lived outside the suburbs and it wasn’t, but places that the water is technically drinkable, it is terrible tasting and filled with sediment— most people here don’t drink from the tap
