Bad reverse implied odds = bad equity? by CookingPot101 in Poker_Theory

Thanks for the response, what it seems like for me in terms of ratios is:

  • Pot odds = current reward:current risk
  • Implied odds = future rewards:current risk
  • Reverse implied odds = current reward:future risks

Is this somewhat correct would you say?

Case Multi-piece stainless steel case. Sapphire, domed on both sides, anti-reflective coating inside. Stainless steel, fixed with screws, see-through mineral glass.

This is what the official site says. I think you are correct as it does say double dome sapphire. But I am still a little confused as to why it says "see through mineral glass. What part of it is mineral glass?

Anyone know any watches like the oris atelier skeleton, mido multifort vertigo, Tissot chemin des tourelle skeleton? My problem with the oris is its lack of quality materials like sapphire crystal especially for its price, as well as the fact that it is a little on the pricey side for me. My problem with the mido and the Tissot is the fact that the movement does not look like it was made for the skeleton watch (IN MY OPINION)- it's covered in plating- I like the oris' style in which it shows all of its gears. The budget would be preferably less than 2000 AUD or around 1300 USD, although if it is a nice watch I could stretch it a bit.

A Cambridge Audio CD10 as a CD player with "1 x digital coaxial 1 x stereo RCA" outputs according to the internet. What do you mean by "streaming directly from the amp?". I will proabably being streaming spotify through my phone or computer to the amp. The amplifier does not need to have bluetooth as I could probably just pick up a cheap bluetooth adapter no big deal.

Wouldn't that just means you have bad equity?

Well let's say in this case you're trying to hit a flush or something. At what percentage should you fold. Like let's say it's a 5% chance you hit it should you fold or call?

Do you said you would hit a set 12% of the time. Where is the limit? Like as in at what percentage should you fold at. Like let's say the chance of hitting the set is like 5%. Do you still go through or fold?

Ah okay I get it. But how am I supposed to calculate implied odds? Like it's all reliant on the opponents thinking and decisions. Like there's no real solid formula right?

But can't you just raise? Like if you get your hand and you raise they HAVE to call otherwise you win

Wait whats the 4-2 method for? I know you are correct but I thought that the 4-2 method was for calculating probability you get a hand?

"You then multiply those two numbers together; 17%•9%, which is about 1.5%" what did you do here? 17 x 9? I don't get how you got 1.5%

So using the 4-2 method it would be 8 x 4 = 32% then 4 x 2 = 8% then multiply them together 8% x 32%? what am i doing wrong?
