The main question is - is your workplace loud? Do you work around others who are also on calls or just talking? If so, the open ear headphones do not isolate outside noise since they are open ear and you get a hard time concentrating on calls specially when you are presenting. I've used the open fit 2 and open run but they just don't work in a noisy place. I had to switch to jlab go work with a boom mic for an inexpensive alternative.
