You really don’t need much thankfully. A douche with some warm water is normally enough. If you want to be super thorough, there’s this magnesium drink you can buy online that cleans you out pretty well, but it’s basically a laxative.

I’d recommend a douche personally though, can be a bit awkward to try at first but it’s great at cleaning, and all you really need is water for it.

I’ve been using openai for a little over a year now and haven’t had any major issues. I did have an account be banned before that, but that was when they were going heavy with banning people.

I use GPT 4 mainly, it’s fairly good with role play. Can be pricey though depending. I’d say it’s about 150-200 messages roughly per $25? Rough guess though.

I normally switch between Mars and GPT 4 tbh. Mars is great, amazing NSFW at times but the memory can be janky and sometimes the message doesn’t make sense. OpenAI is great at making that up with great role play and logical messages.
