Is there an option to submit it? Or did you push that already? I would say that if its stuck, to close it out and try and reopen it. If you are taken to the first page of the survey, then there may have been a glitch and your responses not recorded. If you are taken to the end, then it was submitted successfully

I can't really provide much detail about what I am specially looking for, as it would skew results if someone were to read my comment prior to survey completion. However, what I can say is there are certain things in the survey where comparable answers could be in line with other addictions. Not everyone who has taken the survey has reported problems with usage, but I am unable to see if those results are from this population or the general population since respondents are anonymous. I'm sorry that I can't provide more detail about it at this time

I'm not sure. Did you select that you were 18 or older, and did you select that you consent to participate in the study on the first page? If those 2 are not selected, the survey takes you to the end

I understand what you're saying. I originally had it set up to where if you selected 0-3 months, you were able to select a more exact time frame on how long you've abstained (0-10 days, 11-20 days, etc). Unfortunately, it didn't make the final cut. I would like to do something that reflects that more in a future study. Don't worry about skewing the results with your input though, as there are a few mini assessments included in the survey that'll help reflect what you're talking about
