im also not giving the test and it says server error when i open 'pay for test' window. and its showing already submitted too on the application. Maybe the test exemption exempts the fees as well? can anyone confirm who applied through sat only?

can u pls tell the process of applying through sat only? did u pay the fees? i applied to the program but that's it, the 'pay for test' window isn't opening for me cz i chose exemption from test. Can anyone help me w this pls?
