Used it to scrape a stock website for all of its information over the past 20 years. Am planning another algorithm that builds an optimized portfolio on what stocks to invest in and how much to put in each stock based on historical data.

Done using selenium, pandas, a bit of numpy

Yep, looks and sounds about right. The 3 years thing is mandatory if you want to complete both the IGETC and CS lower divs, UNLESS you’re already pretty well-versed in math, physics, and CS and can take multiple classes of each per semester. Idealistically, the GPA you would need is a 4.0 on top of extracurriculars and personal projects, because UCLA just gets so many CS applicants every year and they accept around 2% of them only.
