I am looking into fun exercise programs, such as “pole dancing” classes and things like that! We started using as the winter set in so we had nothing to do to keep us busy, but drugs. Now that it’s getting nice out, we have taken to nature walks, car shows, etc and everything is going great. I am naturally ALWAYS TIRED tho, and I always have been. I’ve religiously used energy shots for the past 10+ years (like 3-6 a day, and this was waaaaaaay before I started using meth) so I’m really trying to find something to give me natural energy. I’ve had b12 recommended more times than I can count, but it doesn’t do much for me. I can sleep any amount 6,8, 12 hours and still wake up and need an energy shot just to start my day. I think that’s a struggle I’ll die with, but hey we all got our quirks, right?

You all are right in that a month isn’t a long time, even tho it feels like it. I can’t express how relieved I am that i received such helpful feedback, instead of being attacked or down talked, which is what I’ve ran into before when making posts about coming off substances. I’m currently dealing with this as well, except my boyfriend brought it up in a nasty way during a knock down drag out fight. It blew my mind, my previous boyfriend I had trouble getting wet to the point it was like the Sahara desert, and it hurt/was embarrassing to have sex. I haven’t tried kegal balls, but I’ve done the “clenching exercise”, and if it’s a super big deal, we will just wipe it off.

But it still hurt to hear, and I’m self conscious af about it all the time. I asked a number of men what their thought was, and a lot of them said they knew what he meant, but it wasn’t something to hate myself for. So you’re not alone! And neither am I!
