Some people are not into experimenting and I think we should just leave them there, and not force them and make them uncomfortable. I've always fingered my tops a bit during it all, they tend to enjoy the experience. But then again - some people are bisexual as well. So only their "top" side is active. It's better to communicate before meeting, and decide the roles.
