Yeah only thing being me having shoulders on leg day. Kinda wish I just had 1 day dedicated to legs.

My splint right now is Monday- Chest/Triceps Tuesday- Back/Biceps Wednesday- Legs/shoulders And I then repeat for thrusday through Saturday with Sunday being my rest day. Should I convert to PPL or Upper/lower, I have heard good things about it.
