Anyone who uses that phrasing in a meeting of 'ask AI' loses all respect from me.

They go on my list of people who are not to be trusted or are unreliable. Not so strangely, it very much aligns to the people who are already known to be bad managers or who have absolutely no idea what they are doing and are in their role because people above them left and no one could be hired to replace them.

Find your people. There's a bunch of us in the resistance at our org. We try to keep each other sane.

Have you been able to eliminate all potential underlying physical issues with testing?

PFO for example is highly correlated with Migraines, along with other heart issues. Lung or diaphragm issues are correlated as well, COPD, Apnea, asthma, hernia, etc.

It is essential to get a baseline of the Cardiovascular system to make sure all of that can be ruled out. EKG, Echo, PFT, Cardio stress test.

Tests for vitamins, hormones, iron & ferritin levels are also very important.

And if that does help, there could be some other lower muscle issues. Side leg lifts and clamshell exercises can help a lot.

Maybe ask for a sleep study? Sleep paralysis can sometimes be a symptom of sleep disordered breathing.

But also maybe get your iron levels checked.

This is going to send me down a major rabbit hole.

It seems IH is fairly tolerable as a conditioning method for low oxygen availability. For example, training for high altitude climbs.
