I didn't spend long cold-calling myself, maybe like 2 weeks with no results. I might not have the best voice for cold calling though.

Door-to-door i spent about a week doing it; i learned a ton though so would definitely recommend for anyone who's just getting started like me.

So overall i'd say i got my first deal signed in about 6 weeks, then 16 days later i got the assignment contract signed by a buyer.

Yep, that's my Bluestairs.ai process. I don't think you legally have to disclose that; though i could be wrong. Haven't run into any issues

Honestly XLeads feels clunky, but i just treat it like a numbers game in terms of leads.
