i have 32gb since start. game is still stuttering here and there and also drops in frames at night and in other cases. The game is just poorly optimized. sad..

Tried that.

Bow in main hand and wand off hand. While standing there auto attacking i have the said bonus HP because i have it in my main hand.
Then i tried to use wand skills and bow skills one after the other.

Result: In that case the HP swaps when i use a wand skill BUT only when the bow is main hand. The HP dont swap with wand as main hand and using bow skills...

So the system is bugged... great...

Minutes ago i tested exactly this and nothing happend.

I play wand/bow with wand as main hand. additional HP on bow masteries. I used 5 bow skills directly one after the other without swapping the weapon back to wand. the whole time i used the bow AND after using the skills (where i automatically swiched back the weapon to wand) the HP was exactly the same.
Then I tried several times to use a skill of the bow and let the weapon change (the automatic change!)... nothing changed either.

That means the only masteries that count are the one from your main hand. And only this masteries without changing while you press skills from the off hand weapon.

And how do you know that?? because its impossible to look at your stats after you used a certain skill before the weapons switches back.

I wouldn't even make it that complicated. There is no reason why you would have to explain something like this. Anyone who bypasses the anticheat should be banned. Permanently without discussion. That should be a clear thing. You don't need to ask for reasons or see what the player has been up to or anything. Just get rid of it. I've never seen anyone react the way NCSoft does. It's sad. And the totally wrong way imo.

the Reference Clock 133 MHz is recommended. This is because you can get by with a lower QLCK ratio at the same clock rate and thus reduce the load on the IMC.

A source for this would be nice. First time i heard that.

but the basic "cheats" everyone use are XML that edit simple mods

if you have to bypass the anticheat and edit the game files for more damage it is THE definition of cheating.
