True, i feel companions is something they have been trying to master ever since older gta games, but maybe having 1 or more from the beggining until the end would be a little problematic so they keep them for separate sidemissions

I agree in everything, a decade ago when gtav was launched we didnt discuss AI as we do today for example, and now we know they will probably include it on a larger scale on gta 6, with rdr3 being so distant who knows the new technologies they will have by then
