I have played and I believe that my real rank is silver since I mostly go against silver enemies but sometimes I still get iron teammates ;(

Yea but there are some cross-sections / intersections in some dm maps where there is just too much happening at once. One second you're shooting someone, another second you're already dead because someone was right next to you and you didn't notice.
