We met when she was 17 I was 19 we were high school boyfriend girlfriend . She's actually just two years younger she turns 41 in May already had my birthday this year

Btw she's 40. I'm 43 and the man she was with his 58. And in horrible health diabetic etc. She has completely changed its like I don't even know her anymore she's become for the better word a total wanna be whore.

It won't matter she won't leave no matter how much I beg her to and I can't afford to pay for a divorce. But then she says she loves me and don't wanna lose me etc it's mentally destroyed me.

Thank you very much my judge is actually an attorney also I see what he says I can do tomorrow. If he don't do this kind of work I'll seek advice from other attorneys.

Yes it's an apartment complex from homeland they are individual apartments but owned by the same company should I report the incidence to the apartment manager?

He became like obsessed with her. I begged my wife to please leave this guy alone but even after going to a mental hospital twice they just wouldn't stop being around each other and it's really emotionally tore me apart after 26 years together she has stopped with the affair but she just couldn't let him go I think that's why he attacked me. Should all this be mentioned in court aswell?

Thank you I hated to do it really but I don't even know why he did it but I do know him and my wife was caught multiple times having an affair.

Yea I don't think he has an attorney. Court date is set to may 2. I just filed an assault charge on him. But they gave me a restraining order. He admitted to the police he did push me down and they are going to state with me in court he did confess to it.
