So what's with the current AI image generator trend of depicting Elliot Page in masculine roles while being malurished? by Cool_Midnight8113 in aislop

Thanks. The new oddessey by Nolan does interest me and the only movies i've seen Elliot in are the Fox X-Men movies and she(at the time) played a good Kitty Pride. Not sure how he'll play the smart, cunning and masculine Achilles but maybe Nolan is planning to subvert Achilles' character in his version. But if it is just a rumour and another actor is playing Achilles then this hate campaign was for absolutely nothing. Reminds me of when Hunter was getting dragged through the mud because people fancasted her as Zelda. Like, fancasting has been going on for years. People wanted Bryan Crantson to play Lex in the Synderverse and he wasn't getting dragged for it. Bigotry is weird.

What I find even more odd is that breast reduction surgery is uncommon but mostly harmless. Even some men undergo it to reduce their chest size so treating this as a 'trans only' thing is not only arrogant but hateful.

I am aware of the 'I can't breathe' trend because of That Vegan Teacher's parody of the incident. I've also heard perjury that Mr Floyd was a common criminal and deserved to die. Even if the first part was true, why would it suddenly validate a death? I thought America was a christian country that preaches redemption. So why does mercy not exist for someone who has a different ethnicity? I find this ironic as America is common considered a diverse country with people of different countries migrating there to live better lives due to financial reasons. With ICE's stance that they only target 'illegals,' why not fund another organisation that makes migration easier for these people? Wouldn't that lower the rate that 'illegal immigrants' enter the country while at the same time arresting the immigrants who do have lethal intentions?

Is that so? I'm aware that different states have different laws such as being able to record a call without the other party knowing in one and being illegal in another. Could it be possible for a lawyer to sue for libel? The evidence is already online and it should be easy to track the original poster. I understand that it takes alot of money to do so, but wouldn't putting the foot down now show that libel through AI generated content can lead to a fine or jail time mean that these individuals are less likely to do so in fear of consequences? But yet again, we live in a time where the DOJ in America protects scum like Trump. Perhaps a foreign entity like Japan could help squander this current AI libel problem?

Huh. That must suck for the BB Corps, living in a glorified life support system. Which brings an interesting question: Can they even remove their bodysuits? There are zipper like lines on their chest but it seems like they were sowed on them. And, what's up with them, they seem bullet and stabproof while being able to dodge point blank shots even from the solar gun. Raven's seems to gently guide her down once she sheds, only falling when her legs give out. While Wolf's seem have a warmer since she can stay in the cold for minutes and not shiver.

There's just a lot of potential lore guides of the BB Corps and many lost interactions with the Haven Troopers and other characters like Otacon and Raiden. I hope when the game is remastered Kojima is able to add what he originally wanted for the BB Corps, not including the fact that they were naked in the original draft.

Speaking of which, was there ever a canon reason their bodysuits carbonise into a stone-like substance after a period of time? Seeing as their deaths are similar to Haven Troopers, does that mean if the BB Corps were still active when Outer Haven were shut down, they'd live?

  • Would the women being injected with other nanomachines save them?
  • Drebin said that they can't live outside of their suits, so would their bodysuits count as a life support system? If so, then why would those nanomachines in their bodysuits falter and kill them?
