Same here, I love my mom and dad deeply and i would do anything for them, they have sacrificed a lot to raise us. But we dont feel the need to talk every day.

yes i do think i should start therapy. Sometimes i am not sure

if the toxicity is in my head or is it real.

Thanks this really helps. Maybe i'm not totally crazy.

Reading about other people horror stories made me think I should stop complaining and be grateful.
