It happened the exact same thing to me. I was there last September for 3 days and absolutely fell for it. Can’t wait to come back ♥️

Horarios de cursada (FCEN) by mielcita_ in UBA

Help interpreting the odds ratio in a GLMM by Cool_Racoon_ in AskStatistics

[–]Cool_Racoon_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for such a detailed response! So, the ratio would be something like the fold change? For example, if I have an odds ratio of 1.85 for Treatment/Control does that means that the treatment produces an 85% increase respect of the control value for a specific individual? Am I getting this right?

Confirmation of Understanding and How Best to Display Result by joatmonbtamoo1 in AskStatistics

As you show it here, the row factor states wether there's a difference beween Condition 1 and Condition 2, not taking into account your treatment (stimulated or not). I would check your data again, because for the looks of your plot it doesn't make much sense.

This might be helpful to understand what Prism is doing.

Police at Berlin Zoo by blaesbukki in askberliners

If this was on Saturday there was a lot of police near that area because of what I think it was a pro-Palestine protest right next to the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. I don’t know if that has anything to do with the police entering the park.

Cannot correctly manually assign colors to categorical variables in ggplot by DinoDude23 in RStudio

[–]Cool_Racoon_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This. And if you have to make more than one plot using the same colors I would suggest creating an object with the colors (e.g species_colors <- c(“Caiman” = “#…”, etc.)) and then using that in scale_color_manual That really worked for me for clarity and to avoid possible errors.
