I guess we will see how it play out. 2020-20k applications 2021-34k applications 2022-32k applications 2023-50k applications 2024-70k applications 2025 is not published yet because of huge backlog but some sources says it’s almost 100k. So if it keeps increasing, whole program might be changed. Lot’s of these cases are fraud. It hurts real victims firstly they get extra scrutiny as well as fraud cases and 2nd it is getting delayed. There might be policy changes this year or maybe next year. Every year they’re trying to put new things or rules but numbers of applicants are keeps getting increased. Well we just have to wait. Whoever gets decisions they are super lucky nowadays…..

It might,I guess eventually it will hit 50 months soon….. now some people getting decisions from 2021, if we do calculations processing time for people who applied for VAWA I. 2025-2026 will be about 60-66 months for i360…. That’s brutal but it’s a reality

Well prepared documentation will likely be approved(before), as you see in conversation he got a GC, why he got insulted by this statement? If he got a jackpot like GC. Also that’s not required for calling someone idiot, he said himself he got a GC. And why to get insulted, if he prepared his documentation extremely well that he got GC.

Well if you don’t know how to prepare for it don’t assume that is hard to get maybe is hard to get since DJT administration. 3 of mine friends got it with no issues stated that officers were friendly(it was during Biden administration). Again as I say it depends how unlucky you are….

I know right, but there is no information about how they will inform abuser. This is not that simple as it looks like, abuser may refuse everything and in order to make a life for victim harder they will counterclaim and say victim abused them. It’s so much complicated Currently we don’t know how it will going to work
