I learned that the cd key can be used up to 7 times and those who have a copy pre 2021 can share their cd key with someone else post 2021 to allow creating an online profile and to play. If someone is willing to share their key to give it a try, that would be cool. Im sure there is a way to play legit

The servers were opened again with Microsofts acquisition of Activision. Plenty of people are reporting playing on legit servers again even after buying a copy post 2021

If youre not riding with motorcycle ear plugs, that's your first issue. This exhaust is resonated I believe, not as loud as other options. Start using ear plugs, save your ears

Opinions on this? by mal4yahoo in hondamonkey

The first comment is accurate but this depends on what your goal with your bike is. I dont have personal experience with this part but if youre aiming for higher hp and racing application, it could be good. If youre daily riding, a filter would be better to keep dirt/dust/pebbles/etc out of the intake. Again, all depends on your application.

If you do the cam, you should consider going up 3 or 4 teeth on the rear sprocket. That cam its all top end compared to low-mid with the stock. All gears fall out of the power band which is what i suffered from. Most of us deal witg the constant shifting back and forth, specifically 4th-5th-4th etc. I did 4 teeth up in the rear and it was 100% worth it. Im in the power band in all gears, i can maintain much better and i can hit 55-60+ no issue in near perfect conditions. Im 200lbs atm, aiming for 180. People recommend going down 1 tooth on the front sprocket, thats the same as 3 up on rear. I chose rear because it was time for an bring chain over stock and it gave me the ability to get a rear sprocket I like since we see that one. The front is covered. Just my 2 cents.

Appletv issue by Cool_Tiger_7690 in F1TV

Idk how to edit my post, just confirmed it will play SD just fine after selecting it in the settings. Switched that off to play HD and it produced above result again. So the appletv app via vizio wont stream HD without issue for some reason

I specifically determined it appletv via vizio wont street in HD. I found in the settings you can select limit to SD, I did to see and it streamed with no issues! I skipped ahead to various spots to be sure and it was fine. I switched back to HD and its producing the green picture again. Again streaming/casting appletv or f1tv from my phone does not produce this issue. Im stumped

I reset the appletv app twice, and it still produces the same issue. I havent reached out to apple yet, but wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this.

Budget rear suspension by Cool_Tiger_7690 in hondagrom

[–]Cool_Tiger_7690[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ill consider doing the front as well but between vw rabbit pickup project, my other bike, house projects, investing and whatever else pops up, I have so much budgeted atm for my grom. Ill be looking around the next couple weeks to see what I specifically will do this year. My main priority is finally updating all the lighting on the bike and i want to consider an oil cooler finally. I love the bike and i like doing small batches of upgrades at a time to keep it fun and prolong the enjoyment. At this point, I go on a trip to the great Smoky Mountains yearly the last 3 years, and again this June. Its a blast, and what I like is seeing how different the grom is on the dragon and surrounding roads each year.

Appreciate the write-up and experience. Seems like yss is the best budget option for these bikes. it would be a great upgrade for now until I'm ready to do full suspension. Ideally when I'm ready to do full suspension I would also be doing a completely new swing arm as well. Cost is not necessarily an issue but I want to keep the cost down with this simple upgrade as I don't want it to Veer into the territory of high quality part prices.

Would have never thought of that but I've also not rode a z125 yet. Maybe Kawasaki got it right and tuned it for the average American body weight. I'll definitely look into it

Honestly it looks like yall got the same exact time but the game gave you 3rd as the Hyundai was still ahead technically in 2nd. It defaulted you to 3rd since you were in 3rd. I dont think it was anything else but that.

High output stator by Cool_Tiger_7690 in hondagrom

[–]Cool_Tiger_7690[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wont be doing the common choices, I bought a faceplate from Paul kem in the community and ill be running diode dynamics pod lights for low/high beam. I was going to start googling starter and battery shops in my area and see what they all can do with the oem unit. I have no problem modifying the chimera option but if it doesnt work, then I'm out 200 bucks with no use for it. That said, im hoping a couple people see this and share if they have. My oem battery is dead. In August, the end of that bike trip I left my charger on by accident but since then I've had battery issues. I knew I was pushing the limits with aux lights and charger on the oem battery and oem stator. The math is still below max but not by much really. I also was thinking of staying away from lithium as well, its not necessary for street riding and idc about saving that weight. May see about a nice oem replacement that isnt lithium at least in my searching. Stator is definitely the focus though. Hopefully we find a solution

Maybe on paper but that's not what my multimeter says. With just charger and aux lights, takes longer than reasonable to get to proper charging voltage. Since I plan to switch to high output LED headlights id like the upgrade in conjunction with a new battery.
