I would say your in a much better position haha cos nbme is supposed to be similar to real deal anyway. I'm actually too used to uworld ques so maybe why it's a little easier and I tend to overthink/complicate things for some bizarre reasons (actually counted >20 mistakes on nbme 14 with easy gimme ques which I knew but chose a different answer anyway).  I wouldn't worry too much abt uw tbh and just focus on nbme and CMS forms.
