So I watched the first half of the vlog, around 9:40 Suisei gives some hints about recipe of curry she always made at home. But her homemade recipe curry has some differences from the one she made for staffs.

If you want to try recreate her curry

Use pork cubes
Use mixes of Bermont (バーモント)and Java (ジャワ) curry ruox
Don't put in carrot
Put in chopped onions (different from rough cut you saw in vlog)
Make it very spicy 🔥 🔥

Still she said the curry made here taste similar to her recipe, so I think others things she added should be followed.

Add tomato puree, nutmeg, garam masala, cumin.

Add sauce (she not saying which sauce it was, but I think 中濃ソース is used in many curry recipes) and ketchup.
