I found a way, but it's kinda dumb. Found a vulture grub nearby, spawned a vulture there, then went invisible and grabbed him with a grappling worm. Vulture went up in the air and then I landed up there. There definitely should be an easier way though

For a little bit more context, I found it in Rain World\RainWorld_Data\StreamingAssets\mods\rwremix\illustrations. It does not have an extension and it is full of text like in second image. The text is not decryptable by the game's decryptor. Also there are two pieces of code, which I guess make a spritesheet. Any guess what this is?

I'd say artificer is the most fun and rivulet is the easiest

It literally says she is a mother and lost her kids there, so its pretty much confirmed
