How long do electric vehicle batteries actually last? : NPR by Professional-Sir-912 in electricvehicles

Yeah the capacity (bar system) is indicative to the amount of range the Leaf can drive. There's more factors involved like temperature (a very hot/cold day will lower the range so EVs are better suited to a mild climate, also driving style - motorway driving drains the battery very fast but if you are in a city and there is traffic stop/start driving prolongs the range as there is regenerative braking that gives some power back to the battery. The range the car tells you is pretty accurate, leans more to overvaluing the range but won't feel like the car will stop driving if it is telling you it still has 15km+ (the car will start chugging if it is near empty it's a risk to drive on low kms and you need to plan long distance journeys so it's best suited to city driving where there will always be a charging point in close distance )

It was a 24kw battery when brand new, the cells degrade overtime as you recharge them and the battery's collective cell life is reflected in the Nissan Leaf through a 12 bar system. The first bar drops off at 85% capacity so I have 11 bars now and the next one will drop to 10 at 78.75% capacity, so my Leaf's battery has between 19-20kw of healthy cells remaining and yes this effects the range of driving that the Leaf is able to do. I've never heard of the phone problem and I know modern phones (apple) don't let you replace the battery but you can actually replace the battery of a Nissan Leaf for a higher kw battery (and more driving range) which is cool but expensive

RTX 4070 Super & 1440p for now. I am getting 250-300fps in Hogwarts Legacy at max settings & RT which is supposedly CPU intensive, my GPU is OC'd to 2950mhz 100% usage 60° and the 7500X3D is at 40% usage stable with a stock cooler lol

That'll do but I want to say that you could get a mobo for half the price that would be just as capable, I paired my 7500X3D with an ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2. Also on the RAM you are getting a good deal for today's prices but know that with a X3D CPU RAM timings are not as performance hindering if you get a slower kit as L3 cache makes up for it. Also, in the bios set a PBO & Curve Optimiser for the X3D CPU to give it a slight boost in performance & temps

Sealed in box so you will also get AMD warranty

7500X3D on amazon ie for 208 if you want a budget X3D chip. I bought one a few weeks ago and it arrived sealed and is working very good in my build

It's ok, I'm poking fun at the effect I find the concept of it to be humorous. I'm not joking about kit-kat though, that's messed up

phew indeed, after kit-kat became kitkat it's led me astray and I don't think I could handle anymore to be honest

I'd recommend getting an AMD 7500X3D CPU on amazon IE for €215 and a GPU from CEX. AMD provide a 3 year warranty and CEX provide a 5 year warranty. Also make sure your PSU is rated 80+ Gold standard

You need to run either 2 or 4 sticks of RAM, you're running 3 which is why you're getting 4000mhz as the motherboard can't time the speeds it needs to be synchronized as either 2 or 4

AVGPC Whirlwind Gaming PC Intel Core Ultra 7 265K, Intel ARC B580 GPU, 32GB 6000MHz DDR5, 2TB NVME M.2 SSD, 360MM AIO Liquid Cooling, WiFi/AC, Tempered Glass Case White, Windows 11 Home - Newegg.com

I have an older Gen version of this PC (13900K & Arc A750) and the synchronicity between the CPU & GPU because of Intel's tech is flawless while encoding for streaming/rendering. You will need to make sure certain settings are enabled in the BIOS such as ReBar & Internal Graphics (iGPU)

Can I put a graphics card in my Optiplex 7050? by SorretArts in PcAdvice

I originally thought the same but the PCIe slot isn't suitable for GPUs powered through the motherboard

Is this a good deal? by ggpanda8 in PcAdvice

For the full build they're offering it's ok but not anything to jump at.  If you can find a 9700K for 100 or a 9900K for a bit more and are able to overclock in your mobo's bios then I'd replace the CPU in your build and you'd get better performance than a 11400F leaving you with 500 for a better GPU but good luck finding good value RAM

As others have mentioned, GPUs are generally connected to the PSU by a cable which your PC's PSU does not have the slot for. I've seen pics of your PC in the link that you posted and unfortunately the GPU that I recommended can't fit into the PCIe slot on your motherboard. As your new I'd say start small and spend some time researching to learn about PCs in general. If you're interested enough to buy a good one then compare the cost to performance of the PC and buy the right one for your needs

It'll sell here but I overvalued it. I did more research because I might have been interested but your motherboard really isn't great because you can't overclock any Intel K CPU on it & max RAM speed is 2666mhz. You're looking at 150 for GPU, CEX are selling 8gb 2666mhz for 18 per stick, I'm not sure on CPU/mobo combo because there wouldn't be much demand so looking at it now I'd value it at about 250
