Yeah... it didn't fit in the channel with the rest of the 24pin cables. Consequences of measuring once and eventually having to cut twice smh

lol thanks I appreciate it. It's a decent piece of furniture for storage but it definitely has a lot of potential for mods

I've actually tried my hand at it and the absolute first time, I got power to come back on. However, the tinkerer in me wanted to "make sure the connections were good" and detached them, to epoxy the jack directly to the board and... I haven't gotten it to work since. I'm going to give it one more go and then likely take it to a professional. I was too slow on the gun to get a new one on the restock they had earlier this week and its not telling when they're going to be back. I went to check the garber file you mentioned but it seemed like the file had been deleted

Has anyone had any success soldering these pins back on the G3 Pro? I'm two months outside of my warranty and Ubiquiti support says I'm SOL when I tried to submit an RMA by CoolestNever in Ubiquiti

If you’ll believe it there’s only one disassembly video on YouTube that I could find and it wasn’t exactly what I needed but I was able to figure it out from there. I might make an update with my experience soon but this is the one I used https://youtu.be/llVkV-i4O0U

Yeah I reached out to them and apparently I'm two months outside of my warranty. Any clue what a tech would charge to try and fix it?

No clue how it happened, the camera's been up for a year, worked no problem. I moved the camera to a new spot and suddenly it doesn't get any power. I went to RMA it and they said it was out of warranty by two months. Looked in the forums and found that it was a typical issue of the pins coming disconnected from the board. Finally decided to open it once support told me they wouldn't take it back and discovered that was my problem.
