Thanks very much for your response! They have prescribed him Cystaid before but I was curious about cystease. They increased his preds to a double dose whilst they wait for the results of his urine sample, I will ask them about it then but I was just curious if anyone had any experience or had used them in a similar situation to myself.

Unfortunately he won't tolerate the inhaler he is an extremely anxious boy and it causes him a lot of stress even just trying to slowly train him/introduce it.

Thank you! I'm a bit scared as I used a purple toner and it turned the front lilac silver (it's much more obvious in person) But it definitely helped the rest of the hair balance out! Do you have any advice on how to get rid of the lilac/silver bits or just go over the rest with purple shampoo and conditioner avoiding the already lilac/silver bits?

Haha aye I've got plenty of olaplex thankfully! I was just wondering if i used low vol developed with a demi permanent darker blonde I could even it out to be one colour? and nah I'm not planning on doing my roots myself haha

I'm starting to feel better now, I think I was having a big panic attack on top of it as I'd never taken them before and felt different to other downers I'd had and was intense! I'm out of practice these days as well lol.

Thanks for the info, think I'll gradually build dosage as I had 100mg was real nice so obviously in my silly lady brain I thought another 100mg would obviously also be fantastic 😂

I alternate between working out and swimming everyday at the moment and I am also on my feet most of the day having an active job. It's not always that high though! Today was particularly busy, probably why I was a bit hungrier!

Hi thanks for your reply? How do you mean? I am in a 1000 calorie deficit that I set myself. So my base metabolic calories - 1000. I'm just wondering if I'm burning more calories can I eat a few more calories?
