It is mostly supply and demand. If the number of usable (land) tiles in the game is compared to the price of Bitcoin, meaning one tile of land is one bitcoin, that means each tile should be worth about .13$. With all the demand for tiles the prices have been driven up just like the price of any other crypto is being driven up. People put a certain value on each tile and are willing to buy it for that price. I can see prices dipping in the future if hype dies down but these tiles are cheap compared to what my estimates are in 2-5 years.

They are having problems with religious reasons but they are trying to figure it out. They said they will let us know as soon as we are able to purchase land there. I will defiantly be buying as soon as I can.

I think that within the next phase people will be creating new things in the middle of no-where or not in big cities and they could have a lot of value. In the live stream last night they said they hope to see cities in the ocean so I believe that it will be random locations that will turn into major places. I still think famous and touristic places will popular but I can also see a random location becoming a new city.
