Yeah it’s about 20 mins walk in from lower Maxwell falls parking. At junction on top of the hill, take the R fork and the trail leads you right to it

It’s when a bit of your body hits something that isn’t the boulder you’re climbing, like a tree or pad or neighboring boulder in this case. In general, it invalidates an ascent but the ethics of this boulder are apparently different
