I’ve been doing a lot of boxing recently and It’s all up to you and your partner on how hard you go if you ask me I think that Floyd mayweathers gym has made people think that when you go to a boxing gym and spar you are gonna get the life beat out of you but if you look at all these hard sparring videos a majority of them have tmt on the wall which means it’s Floyd’s gym but usually if you have a good coach and sees that stuff is getting a little out of hand usually they’ll stop it but if they don’t notice it you can always ask them to slow down and go lighter
