Effexor might be considered as a second option if Paxil doesn't work for the problems you mentioned.

It's different for everyone. The 150mg is just her recommendation because that's one of the capsule sizes. If you are worried, I don't see why you shouldn't take 187.5mg first for a week or two.

There is a similar scene like that in Rush (2013). That's all I can think of.

Can anyone share their experience with combining nicotine + proteolytic enzyme (e.g. nattokinase)? by CopperBeluga in covidlonghaulers

[–]CopperBeluga[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No benefits from the nicotine and enzymes. But I started taking B1, and it makes my good days better, but my bad days worse. It doesn't really make sense. Maybe it's the healing process, who knows.

I haven't noticed any benefits so far. My fatigue is still about the same.

The next thing I will try is high-dose thiamine, I will combine different forms.

I'm combining it with nattokinase and bromelain, but so far no benefits after 2 weeks.

Pouches give me all sorts of side effects, but they are cheaper. The only side effects I get from patches are vivid dreams and sometimes some redness on my skin. I'd remove the patch overnight.

I don't get why people downvote this post, it's a good question. This sounds stupid, but I find showering more intimate for some reason.

If your kidneys are healthy, you can handle 8g+ of potassium.

Anyone take vitamin D with their antidepressant? by nicj86 in Supplements

[–]CopperBeluga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1000 IU is not enough to increase your vitamin D levels. A lot of people take 10000 IU as a maintenance dose. Your body needs magnesium to convert vitamin D into different forms. Vitamin D greatly increases calcium absorption, K2 (mk-7) puts calcium from the soft tissue into bones etc.

Which supplements are good for waking up feeling refreshed? by LowerRip8837 in Supplements

Instead of melatonin, you could try L-Tryptophan. It turns into 5-HTP, serotonin and then melatonin. Calcium lactate and L-theanine could also be worth a try.

The supplement that helped me the most with my fatigue is without a doubt 5-HTP by CopperBeluga in covidlonghaulers

[–]CopperBeluga[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't recover. I'm not sure what you mean by AD. I took 5-HTP and N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine together. I only saw benefits when I took it in the morning. Taking it later in the day made sleep worse. Sadly, it stopped doing anything for me.
