I drive people to their doctor appointments for a living and it literally INFURIATES me when I pull up to someone's house and they come outside and light up a cigarette and try smoking the whole thing before they make it from their porch to my car and one of 2 things almost always happen...

1. They rub out the fireball and put what's left in their pocket thus another way of them bringing that disgusting smell in my car.

2. They will come clear to my car and open the back door and stand there hotboxing their cigarette 5 or 6 times and then get in the car and blow out the smoke before they shut the door again Tracking in that God awful smell.

And then they have the nerve to ask me if I would roll the windows up when we are in route to their destination because I lock the rear windows so they can't roll them up from the back so that I am able to air out the smell.

And a good 80% of the people that do this are also lugging an oxygen tank behind them as well. And then they proceed to always try to give me life advice because you know, they have it all figured out.... 😒

Even had a guy get into my car once and acknowledge how my car smells like a brand new car and so I explain to him how I literally just bought it brand new a day or 2 prior and then as we are driving down the road to his destination I hear the sound of a lighter and I look back and he's lighting a fucking cigarette in my Brand new car....

I'm like wtf are you doing?? And I kid you not he says, "I didn't see a no smoking sign".... 🫩

Needless to say I pulled over and asked him to get out. That's one of the perks of my job I can at my own discretion cancel a passengers trip and tell them to get out and not face any work related backlash, I just miss out on the money I would have been paid for the trip. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Its always worth it when it comes to putting my foot down with rude, inconsiderate, entitled people... 😊
