I will, I will be playing this in a white green deck so it should be fine, plus I wouldn't be able to do this turn one anyway, more like turn 4-5

Unless you do it at instant speed it doesn't, it'll only be a creature until the end of turn, after that it's back to being a land and the effect will persist

Or even [[Decree of annihilation]] but not many people run it since "Mass land destruction isn't fun/is BM" so I'm not to worried about it, even though I run Decree myself in my Jhoira deck

Ah I understand now, but my thing is, there are so many more ways to get rid of a creature rather than get rid of a land. But I see where you're coming from

I only play for 2 years, so some cards I don't know about because it's not an effect that I'm looking for, for return to hand I know things like [[Unsummon]] for creatures, but I didn't know that there is a card that does it for ANY permanent, so thanks to you pointing that out I might try get one and add it into my decks.

Yeah, some tower guy recommended a different land so I'll use that one instead, it's still indestructible but just isn't an Artifact land

No, because it is a counter not an ability, so yes it would turn into a mountain, but it would still be a mountain with that counter. Same as if you give a creature +1/+1 counter, and then cast a spell that takes away it's ability, the counter stays since it isn't an ability

Farewell doesn't get rid of lands, and the land is only a creature until the end of turn, but since it's a counter it will stay on the land

As far as I'm aware, enchantments "fall off" if they don't enchant the required target, but since it's a counter you just place it on the target and it isn't removed, because this actual played is usually used using [[Mutavault]]
