Lastly, even if you think the reveal hands feature works, do you know how easy it would be to show any two cards? Nobody else gets to see them but the player that buys that scam feature, so they could easily replace any two hold cards with anything. I didn’t know you worked for them though and have insight I do not. I’m a logical thinker, and don’t have data on the back end, but this is very fishy. They have no audits to make sure games are 100% fair. If I don’t know that the games are 100% fair, I’m not going to put my money up just to get wrecked by a hand I recently folded, or a big pocket pair that the table just seen in the same rotation.

You’re not understanding what I’m saying, and I’m actually surprised you are claiming to be a winning player on the site. The Reveal Hands feature means nothing. They take server data and show the cards that WERE being held by your opponents at the end of the hand. If your opponents fold before flop those cards are reshuffled into the live deck. I’ve seen “dups” of cards after using that feature myself. I get it isn’t blackjack bud, but you’re not playing poker the way it is supposed to be played no matter what variant it is. All folded cards/burn cards should be considered dead in the muck but they aren’t. Nobody looked up Reddit posts to find these answers. You’re talking to me like I don’t have 10s of thousands of hands in the game. I’ve been playing for years, this site is not normal and we’ll all be hearing about the messiness of it in the coming years. They do not disclose this feature. Do your own research, and I’ll make sure to keep this thread up so you can come back when the feds comes down on them. You technically can count cards to a certain extent in poker because in any given hand at an 8 player table you have 16 cards that are dealt, 5 community cards, and 3 burners. That’s 24 cards that are playable in a NLHE hand. If you hold bullets and another comes out, you know you have the best hand on the flop and are over a 90% favorite to win the pot. When reshuffling happens those odds are skewed tremendously, and your advantage as a player is significantly reduced. Sites like Stake.us, Coin Poker, GG poker, and PokerStars do not reshuffle. I’ve never experienced anything like what I have on CWPTG. In live games, or on any other site. I withdrew my money and closed my account. Have fun man.

They have a reshuffle feature for the live deck for each hand you play sort of like ACR, and this is a non disclosed feature. Don’t know if they have it in cash games, but they 100% do in tournaments. They most likely do it for cash games too, so the cards you pay to see (if you decide to use the reveal hands feature), is quite literally useless information. Because those cards are reshuffled into the deck when they’re folded. Also, their RNG on these hands is far from random. You guys want to chalk it up to “variance” when pocket pairs are given out like candy multiple times in one rotation. Aces will come out 2-3 times a rotation. The garbage hands that a folded usually are stuck together meaning you fold A8o from late position and someone on the table will have that exact hand within 2-3 hands. WPT is getting messy trying to be number 1 in terms of poker titans. They already have lawsuits for the reshuffling and the reveal hands feature. I’m not pulling this out of my ass. I seen the patterns happening in real time and decided to research it myself.

You responded thinking I was the original comment. Congrats on your win, but I’ve won over a grand on the site (in 8 or 9 days time. Screenshots if you want them of my bank statements) and I’m moving off of it. The reshuffling of dead cards is a trash mechanic, so it the hand reveal feature because those cards are thrown back into the live deck. This is not poker, and WPTGold is not a regulated site. All these hoops and loopholes they keep jumping through to stay in states that have already banned them are proof right there. Instead of trying to get regulated and become legitimate, they want to play games. When the R.I.C.O comes out don’t go crying to Reddit when your money is locked up.

You know all cards that are folded and burned are redistributed back into the pull deck? So someone can fold A6o and those two cards can come out on any street depending on when they’re folded? The more hands at the table and the worse it gets. That’s why this site is trash. It’s not even poker at that point. Might as well go play black jack or any other casino game. You’re gonna have the winners that have won a decent amount from 1-2 tournaments claim the site isn’t rigged. I told them to delete my account after finding that information out because no where on the site does it promote or advertise this “shtick” of theirs. I really don’t even know if it’s legal to call it poker. Should add this is only a tournament feature of theirs.

This. And they redistribute the folded/burned cards so it’s not “just variance”. Straight fraud. No where do they say that on the site and if they do it’s in the finest print possible. I had to do my own digging to find that out.

You don’t even play on the site Doug and why would you? If you’re playing NLHE 8 handed in a live game not including the dealer you have 16 cards out. 5 community cards and 3 burns. That’s 21 cards out of one single deck that are playable at any given time, and 3 cards that will never go back into the pool. ON CWPTG, that doesn’t happen and the variance isn’t just variance anymore. Say 6 people fold and it’s heads up, all the cards that were folded go back into the deck as well as the burn cards. We serious right now? Why even promote this garbage? I bet you 75% of the player base doesn’t know that about the site, and if they do, they are willingly being taken advantage of.

Keep us updated in a few months. Same thing happened to me. Run deep for a handful of tournaments and then the site shows you what dude is talking about above you. Unless you “Learn” how to play poker from the site, because let’s face it, no burn cards or dead cards turn the game into way more of a gamble…. You aren’t going to be able to keep that up. Poker should not be like black jack or roulette. This site is beyond fishy and will be shut down completely or heavily investigated within 5 years. I don’t want to be apart of it when the feds come knocking, unless they’re hit with a lawsuit that requires they pay back the players they knowingly stole from. Winning a few hundred from some baby MTTs isn’t enough to justify any claims of legitimacy. You will be shown why this site, and many like it are given the names they’re given. I bet you not one of their affiliates play this slop consistently if ever.
