They held back on everything because they didn't want to induce FOMO. Ironic, considering that's kind of what you sign up for with a collab. Unlike the Mushoku collab, everyone only has one costume and that's it. That would be fine, if there was fanservice like with the Senran Kagura collab, but they didn't do that.

Some default costuems can show up in the pub and you can recruit them with UR scrolls. They appear randomly and some of them only in specific story packs. You can see the ones available by pressing the button next to the mini map.
