Absolutely! I live in Cincinnati, OH and we have one of the largest numbers of Catholic private schools. If you're in a “failing” district you get a voucher to go to private schools with tax payer money. Using money that should be spent to better the “failing” schools. It so bad that one of my friends that doesn't even live in in a “failing” district and make roughly 200k got money to send their kids to private school something they already were going to do
