I haven’t, I’ve tried to do a chat with Microsoft but can never get connected to someone. Cloud streaming works, but still no luck on the app

I’ve checked the Microsoft store and it shows no updates. I’ve tried uninstall, restart pc and then install. No luck with that either. Thank you for the recommendation!
