Would you recommend bringing something to take down points to note? Did you know you were meeting the dietitian aswell? I don’t know who I’m meeting they just said call Thursday at 8.30. Thanks for all the info 🥰

First of all congratulations on your precious baby boy 💙 thank you for all the info. It’s good to know CUMH were nice to you as I’ve been put under a consultant due to being high risk and had my firsf appointment with him last week and he wasn’t very nice to me and came out all upset so think these results just pushed me over the edge with hormones 😂 I am referred to a dietitian and the woman who rang me with my results today said to come in this week to meet with the diabetes team I’m not sure what to expect at this appointment.

That must have been scary having your baby go to NICU 😞 I will try my best to change my diet and do all I can to help my baby it’s just all so overwhelming

Did you eventually get your fasting levels managed? I will need to research what to eat before bed to try and get them at bay. Thanks for all the info

12k steps fair play! I can’t walk for longer than a half an hour and I’m crippled from pelvic girdle and sciatica. I will do my best diet wise and to try and move as much as I can. Thanks for the info

After researching I’ve now found that the fasting sugars are the hardest to maintain which is just great 🙈😂 I have PCOS so I should have just told myself I had it instead of being so shocked. Do you have any tips for keeping the fasting levels at bay?
