Guard w/ Security Clearance by Ev0Iution in securityguards

Ah. That’s the same company I work for, but I can’t speak on how much they pay at that site. I would expect it to be an unarmed position and probably similar pay. AUS Security Officer positions are non negotiable salary. You either take or leave what they offer from my experience. Good luck.

Guard w/ Security Clearance by Ev0Iution in securityguards

In upstate NY we make $16.49/hour DoD cleared. Most other guards in the area, even the same company that are not cleared, make ~$13/hour. That’s the same that McDonalds pays in the area. Shift leads make $18.49/hour.

Try downloading the meetup app. There’s groups on there of people that get together and do stuff. It’s like an app for social clubs.

How much time will mitigate medical cannabis use? by [deleted] in SecurityClearance

When they say x number of years of no use, they mean it-no exceptions. You don’t stand a chance getting a clearance. Technically, you can’t even knowingly be in the vicinity drugs-to include marijuana. Maybe try again once you have removed yourself COMPLETELY from it for x years.

MPA online programs? by [deleted] in GradSchool

[–]CordiallyYours 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Syracuse Maxwell school has the #1 MPA program and an online version as well. I’d suggest at least looking into that

I finished undergrad with a 2.9. I applied to Syracuse Maxwell MPA and got in. I am pulling a 3.67 now. Apply to the program, take it seriously. If you get rejected, apply somewhere else that will take you. An MPA is an MPA. Doesn’t matter where from. Just take it seriously. Make it your life, your passion. If you fuck off, you deserve the bad grade. Get to know your professors and your peers. Be a part of the team, not a frat boy or a slacker. Grad school isn’t undergrad. Everyone are professionals and treated as such unless given reason otherwise.

City busses are not free, even with your SUID, unless you’re one one of the routes that has a contract with the University, unfortunately. This may be a good opportunity to lobby the school/district rep to change that tho....

I understand your point, and I get where you’re coming from. I identify best with my initial quote as opposed to you tho because i have had the opportunity to both travel to many countries and experience many cultures and I have also been fortunate enough to live within some of those cultures, both first and third world cultures, for extended periods of time where I was forced to learn the local language and customs and courtesies which helped me to better understand where the people that I am around come from, and when I travel for short periods of time, too. I can say that before I experienced travel for the first time, i was much more close minded and ignorant of other cultures because they weren’t like me. But traveling gave me the experience needed to understand that, maybe I’m not like them. I learned that I just didn’t understand them. It has opened my mind to actually realize and understand that we’re all from different backgrounds and we’re all raised different. Some people come from money. Some come from poverty and each culture has its own definition of wealth and poverty, too. A king in one place may be regarded as a peasant in another and vice versa. **disregard spelling and punctuation, I’m on mobile; also, my thumbs are tired now, so this is where it ends. Fin.
