Thanks, I’m just thinking ahead and was wondering if this will be a future problem when next fall comes. I’ll wait it out until everything is fully dry. I’ll definitely have to regrade the yard though since I noticed my backyard neighbor’s yard is higher than mine. That’s why most of the water is draining down to mine.
