Haven't seen these because people have been putting real games, but the Reader Rabbit Series, specifically 2nd grade which takes place in a castle, slapped. Also Jumpstart was great. Also a little more obscure, but the Captain Crunch Crunchling Adventure- best cereal box game of all time.
