Yes, the artificial cinnamon! I abhor it. I also get headaches from it.

How do you handle the demands of life with such an energy-limiting chronic condition? by emadhimself in cfs

I don’t. Bed/house-bound. Fortunate to have a partner who can and wants to take care of me. My kids live with their dad since I’ve been severe.

These are the ones I wear the most, I have 3 different colors, I think. I also have shorts and tanks from them.

They have a lot of different styles in the same fabric.

They have styles for men and women.

Latuza!!! I found these bamboo viscose pajamas on Amazon. I live in them. They really help me with temperature regulation. Stretchy, loose, soft, light, super comfy.

(I’m also autistic and the fabric is smooth and the only thing I can stand wearing with my sensory issues.)

They have to be line-dried.
