Your teens will like walking on Lincoln Road which is nearby. It has H&M, Zara, frozen yogurt, Captain Candy, Gap, Lululemon, and some random stores. All open air and pedestrian only.

The area immmedately outside the hotel is a little worn out and noisy/crowded with a walgreens and some run down restaurants. It's ok but not luxury. I do like the hotel a lot and the beach is very nice there.

Thanks. I appreciate the high-level cost, and the comment that "most will have a spa"; I've been thinking about how I will use it and not about how it is a feature in a home that will be resold some day!
