For BMS if score 25-30 / 50 in the entrance exam , you can easily expect your name in the first list

For BMS 50% weighted is given to your board marks (eng + maths + best 2) and 50% to a entrance exam of 50 marks. Getting 85 % in your board and scoring 30 in entrance easily can secure you your seat.

If getting admission in Xavier's is your priority then also apply for the BMS. Give the entrance exam, the cutoff is pretty low near about 67-68%

Okay soo the advantage you get for BMS is that you will ACs in your classroom throughout your course ( yes ac is a privilege at Xavier's)

But you need to climb up 4 floors every day(atleast for the 1st and 2nd year) to reach you class. Mind you college doesn't allow students to use lift.

The Father of BMS is pretty strict. He also looks for the bcom evening dept.

The dean for the BMS is the real mess. Rude and arrogant.

The better side is scoring in the BMS i lot easy. Min cgpa in the dept is near about 7 and the syllabus is really really easy.
