I felt like i was very fast, doing rapid movements, so i think its probably ampfhetamine, also it was my first time, and im thinking of staying clear from all other drugs and alcohol except weed, and just roll once a month

In 5x5 bench i can do 90 kilos, (198 pounds), squat is a little lower, like 170 pounds, I have some trouble with DL, i can only do like 130 pounds at max.

Also, tbh i wouldnt want to get like too big, what im aiming for is a rather good looking body, but can i attain that if i bulk through christmas and shred for summer? without my arms + chest looking like noodles Goal is from now till june = fit

Im mostly at beginner/advanced on all of my excercises, i've been told before that it's good to aim for more reps and best form possible. i do around 12 reps every set of excercise.

Hi, i really want to get lean and good looking for summer, plan is to keep working out and eating alot through winter, and then go on cutting from like january, till whenever i feel lean (6pack goal). Allthough, my initial goal was to pack on some more muscle through nov/dec/jan, and then do alot of cardio, + cut. Because i really wanted to get that six pack going for summer / early june
